Please remember, if you pre-ordered an item, your complete order will not ship until on or around the release date.

International Orders

International orders cannot be tracked. The ConneXtion cannot refund lost or stolen international orders. Packages may be delayed in Customs.

An extra Customs charge may be applied to your order. This fee is not charged by The ConneXtion; customers are responsible for additional duties or taxes. Check with your local Customs office for possible charges.

When can you expect to receive your package?

Contiguous 48 United States: Orders generally arrive within 6–10 business days, though product availability can increase delivery time.

All other destinations: Orders generally arrive within 4–6 weeks.

Washington state addresses will be assessed sales tax. Shipping charges are based on the original amount before discounts.
